Abnormal

The 2 hour long pilot of the new Sci-Fi program Sanctuary introduces us to the protagonists, the teratologists, who operate "The Sanctuary" as a refuge and place of healing for "abnormals", creatures whose embodiment is outside our "normal" zoology, and / or "humans" whose "abilities" are outside our "normal" mainstream Matrix-fed programming as to how limited humans "are" or "should be".

In the hour long 2nd episode we are introduced to the antgonists, "The Cabal" described as: "They've been playing the 'capture and study game' for a hell of a lot more years than [the good teratologists]. [...] Their mandate [is] to capture creatures with strange 'powers'. The cabal supposedly died out in the 19th century, but they didn't. They went 'underground'. They started infiltrating businesses; medical and scientific research companies, banks, biotech firms, military think-tanks; all under their control. [...] These guys are one James Bond film away from global domination."

This is the latest in a long series of recent programs (propaganda) which carry this theme; that all these "things" are dangerous to the humanssheeple, and that government should be empowered by the humanssheeple to protect the humanssheeple from the "things". As with all broadcast media "programming", we are being indoctrinated as to what we should "believe" and / or "fear". What the average humanssheeple most fear is others with more power, or "powers", because, by ego projection, they presume that such will use those powers to abuse anyone with less power, where "power" is the dependent power of domination, rather than the sovereign power of dominion. This fear is the ultimate humansheeple issue, because it is the very essence and nature of the cosmicly unlawful, immoral and dysfunctional relationship humanity has experienced ever since it was genetically engineered by the extraterrestrials who genetically combined their DNA with that of the existing hominids they found when they invaded this planet, in order to create a slave race to serve them.

I was once approached by such a Cabal, (don't presume there's only one on Ter-Ra), whereby after testing me by "hiring me" for a clairvoyant reading (about corporations, "money", and futures), the lady announced that "she collects psychics", (obviously just having compared my predictions with those from others), and wanted to set me up with a "stock fund", whereby I'd profit along with the rest of the Cabal as we all outfoxed "the market". What I found most interesting was not her attempt to harness my powers for profit, and to induce me to particpate by the offer of profits, but that one of the companies she'd asked me about was one in which she was participating in its formation, and its purpose was to allow networked computer based transactions which circumvented the normal channels involved in stock and "money" trading and investing, with a custom interface, and targeted at the very largest of corporations as their customers. The interface design was closed and proprietary. I suggested that I'd particpate for free if the result would be that instead they would open up the interface design and specification, to allow FLOSS access by the average human being, i.e. if we could empower individuals, rather than just corporations. You can guess the outcome of that... we went our separate ways, and I suggested she use whatever she would have paid me for the reading to invest in the goal of openness for individuals.
