This is the first posting to this local news server news.kahealani.net
in the local newsgroup alt.psychic. Perhaps this newsgroup also exists
on the alternate news distribution. If this not only a local group,
then it already has a charter. If it is only a local newsgroup, then
I as the system administrator of the only server it runs on am setting
the initial charter. 

This newsgroup is for discussion between psychics.

This newsgroup is NOT for:
*	Arguments about whether psychic phenomena exist
*	Proof of psychic phenomena, in general or specific
There are plenty of other Usenet Newsgroups where these arguments
already occurr. 

Just the FAQs, ma'am:

Q:	Why do we not here deal with disbelief or proof?

A:	In this group it is a given, already understood, that:
1:	Belief Creates Reality
2:	There is no one overriding objective reality
and therefore within a local reality anything is possible,
while in an adjacent bubble of reality the same thing may be impossible.
Therefore, we here choose to operate in a reality where psychic phenomena
are common, and available to all humans who merely choose to believe so.
Therefore the only useful focus of discussion amongst believers is:
*	How to improve  one's level of    belief
*	How to decrease one's level of disbelief
*	How to do works: tools and techniques
As for proof, that can only occurr within either
*	A shared reality, in which case the conflict of creation of that
	reality between the disbelieving demander and the believing psychic
	will fail unless the psychic is willing to step out of the light and
	use "the dark side of the force".
*	Within the demander's reality, in which case the only way it can
	happen is if the psychic alters the reality of the demander, which
	requires use of "the dark side of the force".
Therefore, any psychic willing to face the challenge of proof is probably
not someone you wish to associate with, if you have even the first clue
about a little thing called "karma". 

Q:	What is this "dark side" and "light side" of "the Force"
	(in case you didn't see Star Wars)?

A:	Every entity has the right to self-sovereignty, the absolute right
	of free-will choice, freedom, free dominion, dominion about their
	local bubble of reality, which includes at minimum their physical,
	emotional, mental, and aetheric (spiritual) bodies, and by common
	law includes their physical space (a man's home is his castle).
	This includes the right to privacy, and to non-molestation. As we
	look at this from the flip side:
*	An entity "of the light" will never exert will upon another entity
*	Any entity which does exert will upon another, or maliciously spy
	upon another entity, is commiting an act of "evil" or "darkness".
*	Interactions "of the light" are by mutual agreement and are open
	and honest. The principles are well established in commercial
	contracting. The act of will to interact with another affects them.
	The mutual agreement to interact establishes a cocreated shared
	collective reality amongst the interacting entities. This always
	initiates karma (cause and effect), which may be "+" or "-". 
	Affecting someone negatively produces negative karma and is
	characterized by hurting them, which is always a product of
	violating their free will choice. Their free will choice is
	violated whenever they are denied full truth upon which to base
	their choices. Therefore every "withhold" or "fabrication" hurts.
	Having a positive impact on another is called "love", and results
	from reinforcing, supporting, synergistically enhancing their will.
	Karma: What Goes Around Comes Around. Various beliefs about karma
	indicate you get {0,1,3,10} times what you put out. 
	"Evil" entities believe that you can be or do anything you choose,
	with no responsibility for your impact upon others, with no consideration
	for "the good of the whole" or "the good of the many". On a cellular
	level we call this "cancer". On a societal level we call this "criminal".
	On a spiritual level we call this "evil", "dark", "psychopathic". 
	The position of choosing to do evil, can only be justified or sustained,
	based upon a belief that the doer is separate from the doee. This may
	be true when one looks only at the physical world where there are
	separations in the time-space continuum, but even physical scientists
	have discovered that the time-space continuum of the physical world
	is a fabric which may be distorted or ripped, and that there are
	interactions between local and non-local physical quantum particles.
	This is because everything which exists in the physcial "3d" world
	is only a symptom of a cause which exists upon a higher dimension,
	i.e. it is a manifestaion of existance in a higher dimension, where
	nothing is "alone" or fully "separate". Stepping outside the delusion
	of the selfish psychopath, we discover that what one does to another,
	one does to one's self, for at some level we are all interconnected,
	and at another level we are all one. The illusion of separation from
	Source is the first sin (error), and is the foundation of all others. 
	Each of us has the potential to become realized beings who fully know 
	and manifest our divine nature.
