The Food Chain

Regardless cultural traditions or religious pr{e,o}scriptions about human consumption of meat, the latest scientific information, and the latest suppressed information often available only on the internet, supply is either very riskily endangered, or is already hopelessly contaminated, and to be avoided.

Pork/Ham/Bacon is genetically the closest to human, and therefore presents the easiest vector of trans-species diseases. Not recommended.

The U.K./U.S. Cattle/Beef/Milk is all contaminated with visna virus which creates slow brain rot into spongiform mush, and standard practice is to recycle the parts thus guaranteeing that regular feed is contaminated, and that has propogated outside the U.K./U.S. markets, to create worldwide problems.

I found an interesting factoid via the internet on 2007-05-08 that rather than clean up the cattle feed, it has become common practice to put magnets in the stomachs of cattle, which traps magnetic metals from passing further down their digestive tracts, where it would injure them and make them sick enough to die. Instead, the magnetic metalics remain for life in their stomachs, and from there their entire bodies become metal contaminated, thus making much beef toxic to eat.

Then there's the antibiotics and hormones, which permeate most commercial meats and byproducts (milk, eggs).

The NWO is doing its very best to create an avian bird-flu pandemic, and will eventually succeed, again, via intense cage-ranching practices.

Soy which is unfermented (leaving only Tempeh and Miso in the somewhat harmful category) is unhealthy, containing anti-nutrients which interfere with the digestion of other foods, and toxins antithetical to brain function.

It's getting to the point where you cannot obtain commercial protein which is actually healthy to eat, unless you ranch it yourself, and let it forage on healthy organic farmland. Here on Kaua'i we have a lot of grass-fed cattle, but nearly all of it is consumed by Bubba's Burgers, which is stoically anti-health with every other ingredient they use. We also have goat ranching producing goat milk and cheese which may be OK. We also have free range chickens, and so it's possible to find locally a supply of healthy chicken eggs... currently my number one choice for protein.

Nearly all commercial oils are unhealthy except coconut, which we have in abundance. Essential Fatty Acids which humans require in parent form with more -6 than -3 parent EFAs, pretty much cannot be stored or processed without destroying them, so we need to consume them in their raw forms, primarily from fresh organic nuts and seeds, rather than from a bottle.

Now, as for fish, the biblical prescription is that it should have fins and scales. In our modern mercury contaminated oceans, you don't want to eat bottom feeders or filter feeders as they accumulate and concentrate toxins, thus avoid all mussels (clams, oysters) and all shellfish (shrimp, crab, lobster), and even scaly finned ones which feed on the bottom. Even commercial fish farms use contaminated feed supply for their farmed fish, so gotta learn to fish or get friendly with a fisherman.

The thanksgivings dinners of 2005 through 2007 I socialized with others and "enjoyed" non-organic turkey dinner, and I noticed in each case that I got leg cramps from whatever contaminants are in commercial turkey, while consuming the thanksgiving dinner!

Well, congratulations corporations, you've fouled fowl, fish, and beast. And, congratulations kanaka maoli, the pigs you brought with your culture to the Hawaiian isles, have fouled every stream and rendered them unfit for human consumption without either serious filtering or other sterilization practices.

So, we need to warn all the touristas that when they come to the U.S., they'd be well advised: don't eat the food, drink the water, or breathe the air (chemtrails). For those of us who live in that reality, it's time to become self sufficient in all these matters, so it's back to the family farm, which is economically unsustainable due to the governmental subsidies which warp the farm marketplace... but if you choose to survive, you have to stay out of the cities and their hospitals, and grow your own organic foods on your own organic land... and you better figure out how to filter your water supply of all the pathogens.

One factor gaining in popularity is the use of ORMUS for plants and animals health and abundance, so it's time to learn how to make our own.

Self responsibility for the basics of life: air, water, food is going to be the most needed skill as the debacle unfolds, of the culture / civilization of the U.S. being "taken down" by the NWO.
