The Kahealani Protocol THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS, AND WHEN COMPLETED WILL BE CONVERTED FROM A .TXT TO AN .HTML FILE. General Information It *should* go without saying, but I'll start by saying it: You want raw, fresh, local, in season organic foodstuffs as much as possible. Cooking destroys the enzymes which are included in the foods, which are necessary to digest those foods. It also destroys the EFAs (Essential Fatty Acids). It also tends to create carcinogens if not merely toxins. If it ain't fresh, it ain't got much prana in it, and good nutritional components break down, becoming either unavailable, or they turn into toxins. Local and In Season will be fresher, and more appropriate to the annual cycles of energies. Alchemy (http://www.kahealani.com/articles/alchemy.html) is a very individual matter, so that what is appropriate for one person, is not for another. In other words, do not blindly follow this protocol, as "Your Milage May Vary", and I am not licensed as a medical doctor or anything else, so this is not medical advice, and should not be taken as such. In this case, unless the Ascension Alchemy folks up their production to be able to accomodate the needs of new customers, you'll have to find other sources of ORMUS material, than that detailed at http://www.asc-alchemy.com/, where you may find the descriptions of the specific products below. All liquids are treated with Chrysalis-8, and colloidal silver (see http://www.silvergen.com/). All ORMUS is consumed on a non-acidic stomach, i.e. at least half an hour before consuming food, and after all hydrochloric-acid requiring food digestion in the stomach is complete, which would be: 1 hour for simple carbohydrates such as fruit 2 hours for complex carbohydrates 4 hours for meats At any time throughout the day, consume as much as you like of water, or better yet, more of the "Hudson's Best" ORMUS plant-based tea, if that consumption fits within the timing mentioned to avoid stomach acid. Generally, minimize water consumption with solid food, or consume food as juices or smoothies. Start the day with ORMUS Upon rising: With intent for the desired reality, take 1/8 teaspoon of ORMUS Gold+Rhodium+Iridium (in my case 70% Au, 15% Rh, 15% Ir), sublingually. Hold in mouth as long as you can avoid swallowing... (approximately half an hour), while doing your first daily meditation. During or after meditation, consume a tea of plant-based ORMUS (Hudson's Best), and then wait a half hour before food. The tea also may be held in the mouth for sublingual absorption. With the tea you may consume any nutritional supplements which are to be taken "between meals". L-Lysine is a supplement to be taken between meals. It is particularly useful in cases of Herpes (HSV). SmartQ10 brand of CoQ10 comes in chewable tablets, which may be taken between or with meals. I chew one while prepping the morning smoothie. Now that we've started the day with absorption of ORMUS material, it's time to nourish the body, with fruit and an array of supplements. Because this protocol includes CalciumDiSodium-EDTA, which depletes certain vitamins and minerals, we want to get those supplements into the system with the first food to be digested. Note the labels on supplement bottles, some are to be taken with food, and some between meals... so now is the time to take the ones with first meal. But first, we must freshly prepare the first meal, with which to choke down a handfull of supplements. Smoothies, and Supplements "The Juiceman" says: "Eat your fruits, juice your vegetables." I often juice many of my fruits, at least to start the day. Some things juice well, others are too mushy, and are better added whole into the blender to smooth with those juices freshly juiced. A good example is bananas, which are excellent sources of K (Potassium) which balances the Na (Sodium) we get in standard salt, which you'd be better replacing with sea salt. Some of my supplements are powders or liquids which go directly into the smoothie, and the handfull of pills is taken with the first glass of smoothie. I'll list here the "take with a meal" supplements which I include in either form, and then describe the fruits in my morning smoothie. Bone (and teeth) Builder Capsules which provide a balance of Calcium, Magnesium, and Phosphorous, or Calcium+Magnesium supplements combined with 1/4 teaspoon of Monosodium Phosphate powder (which is available cheaply in bulk from a veterinary supply), added to the smoothie. One-a-day (or however many per day) general Vitamin and Mineral supplements. Stress B-Complex Capsules (essential to counteract EDTA). Selenium (reduces Cancer). Hulda Clark mixture (reduces Cancer) of: Fresh Green Black Walnut Hulls Wormwood herb Clove Buds Towards the end of the first glass of smoothie, we add in: Pancreatin (reduces Cancer) SuperEnzyme capsules (reduces Cancer, and helps digest food, and supplements the body for enzyme depletion which is the inevitable consequence of eating cooked foods). You can also get enzymes from Papaya and Avocado. Now we list supplements which go into the smoothie itself. One raw free-range chicken egg for protein and EFAs. Colloidal silver, about 4 oz. at 3*10**-6 through 10**-5, for systemic immune building, and specifically to counter any possible salmonella from the raw chicken egg. (see http://www.silvergen.com/) Avocado Oil and/or Almond Oil and/or Coconut Oil for EFAs, and/or a few handfull(s) of raw organic nuts or seeds for EFAs: Almond Walnut Sunflower Pumpkin MORE SUPPLEMENTS WHICH GO INTO MORNING SMOOTHIE GO HERE - - - - Juicing I use a Champion Juicer, though there are better ones for higher prices. I use an Osterizer Blender, with all metal drive (patented), in my case, the simple beehive model with pulse and high speeds only. My morning fruit smoothie starts with the principles of "The Master Cleanser", including Citrus for cleansing and Vitamin C, Apple Juice instead of or combined with Maple Syrup, and Cayenne Pepper for intestinal cleansing, with just a dash of peppermint oil for the stomach and intestines. I often add in a bit of almond oil flavoring and/or vanilla oil flavoring. I also toss a chunk of Ginger into the juicer, as ginger is excellent for the digestive system.. MORE FRUITS WHICH GET JUICED GO HERE - - - - MORE INGREDIENTS WHICH GO INTO MORNING SMOOTHIE GO HERE - - - - The Bulk of The Day Passes Cleansing Now we enter the cleansing phase of the day where the goal is to purge toxins out of the system. Minimally 2 hours after the last food, or 4 if the food contained meat, we can take the general intestinal cleanser: "Perfect 7 (Gen. 1:29)" Dietary Supplement. Note that it is not recommended for long term use, (at least at recommended dosage levels). I take only one capsule with a glass of water. This contains "Bentonite Clay", which is also available in liquid form, e.g. "Yerba Prima Great Plains Bentonite Detox", of which I also take a tablespoonfull at this time. Upon retiring, it's time to take a 1/4 teaspoon sublingual dose of CalciumDiSodium-EDTA, available from http://www.divservices.com/, where there is plenty of information about its benefits, and also what nutrients it removes which must then be supplemented early the next day.
