Sovereignty is a fundamental spiritual truth which we bring with us into our bodies when we incarnate. From that place of sovereignty we may make any contract we so choose, in any and / or all dimensional and parallel realities. Some such contracts may betray the integrity of our sovereignty. Only the individual can discern whether the benefits and obligations of a contract warrant their entering or maintaining such contract.
Lacking contracts that sacrifice our right to own property, we may exercise our right to own our own body, by operating in private status. Freedom is only available by ending contracts with the public side of life, and staying private. Redemption from physical Commercial Slavery requires terminating the contracts we have that we did not consciously choose, the contracts of adhesion we do not know we have entered, or did not enter willingly, or entered into without being fully informed of their nature and consequences, or which we were entered into by our parents.
Lest anyone misunderstand, the path to Sovereignty is the path of absolute responsibility and unlimited liability. If you approach this seeking to avoid responsibility or liability, you are very likely to get yourself into deeper trouble than you would get into remaining a public person commercial slave. Here you will find no step-by-step formula* for how to get from communist commercial slave, to being a freeman... for the system will test your understanding every step of the way, and there is no faking knowing what you're doing. It's not enough to file a UCC-1 registering your own security interest in your body, without achieving understanding. The sovereign is responsible to know and understand enough to make informed choices, and contracts.
It is very easy to embrace concepts of freedom, and to seek such through whatever appears convenient, yet, it would be wise to study the opposing viewpoints for any "path" which appears to offer easy freedoms. Nearly every path which is presented here, has a corresponding "roadblock" erected upon it by those who fancy themselves to be justified in depriving you of your fundamental rights, i.e. "government". While occasionally rare situations arise where someone actually succeeds in preserving their rights versus the tyrranical abuse of "government", such "loopholes" will be quickly closed by whatever methods are convenient, whenever such paths become well known... i.e. "government" will never under any circumstances relent upon its' evil accumulation of abusive and tyrranical powers, and its' relelentless march against there being any freedom for individuals. Therefor, anything which worked somewhere at sometime for someone, may not work for you in your here and now, and your attachment to any particular method or path of preserving your freedoms, may easily result in your being sacrificed as an example to the sheeple, that they're better off remaining sheeple.

Given that half the human population is organic portals who only operate in the service-to-self lower 3 chakras,
their ability to respond to any situation is limited to: "what's in it for me?".
These psychotics have all gravited to the domineering / using / abusing roles of all of commerce,
and are the ones making all the governmental policy decisions. The remainder of humanity,
not "in the in club", are enslaved in the Mammon system the psychotics built. Those
not benefitting from abusing their bretheren, are mostly whining complainers who refuse to
take any direct action to solve the problem, instead loudly proclaiming their victimhood,
and blaming it (even if rightly so) on the (ab)users... still a choice of victimhood. What,
really, is the nature of the underlaying issue? Response-ability... people who keep complaining
but don't choose to change are denying the benefits they do derive from their choices, while
vociferously complaining about the costs of those choices. In the "US", this is usually
played out as "Democrats" versus "Republicans", however both
parties are blatanly lying, because they're all, in fact,
practicing communists. The real issue is independence, freedom, and self responsibility of the
individual, versus collective communist dependency of the society as a whole. The needy,
dependent, unwilling-to-be-self-responsible "citizens" all want "society" /
"the government" to provide for them, in complete denial that that means their neighbors.

from their neighbors and giving more of it to them. The only difference in this game between

I respond to a recent local rant:
Excuse me, did anyone check the tax maps to see if the alleged private property is actually private? When property is allegedly "purchased" and then registered, the registration is placing the property in the PUBLIC. If the allegedly private property was purchased with actual lawful money (e.g. pre-1964 silver coin), then the land is actually owned, whereas, every "Federal (as "Federal" as Federal Express) Reserve (there are no reserves) Note" is a debt instrument which attaches a lien to the property, rendering it the property of the issuer of the Note (The International Bankers) until the lien is paid by redemption of the debt. If any of this was done by a "Citizen", then they were never capable of owning property, for they themselves, being registered (typically by birth registration, SSA registration, Driver's License registration), then they are PUBLIC property owned by the state, they are civilly dead, and have no rights, period. Unless you signed the Constitution, you have no Constitutional rights, which confers no rights, merely restrictions by the 48 States upon The United States of America (10 square miles of Wash (please wash it) District of Columbia (Mammon)), of which you become owned, controlled and subject to their Federal Statutes by voluntarily accepting their offer to become a member (like Costco membership), called "U.S. Citizen".
If you're tired of how your slavemasters mismanage your death, than reclaim the title of your body, and walk out of your contracts with Mammon. Renounce your citizenship, terminate all your government accounts, and most importantly, close any and all Bank Accounts. Otherwise, go into your Bank and demand to see a full disclosure of "The Rules of the Bank" incorporated by reference but never given to you, associated with your voluntaryily opening an account with them.
Your freedom comes from ceasing to sign your name to contracts that give away your rights. Come out of Mammon! Otherwise, shut up about your lack of freedoms, for it is you who gives them away each day, by you continuing free-will choice.

If you want to be free of obligations to THE CORPORATE GOVERNMENT, renounce all benefits from them. You can't have it both ways. You accept the benefits, you are obligated to the duties of citizenship, including being vacinated with toxins, breathing toxins, eating toxins, being shuffled off to a FEMA camp, and force to labor. I read contracts. That's why I have as few of them as possible. I'll not be "buying a house" this lifetime, because I'm absolutely unwilling to go into debt to pretend that I "am a homeowner" when in fact, most "homeowners" are not, the banks/state own their home, and they're just in delusion. You only briefly own the home, between "the purchase closure", and the point where you then gift it into trust with "the state" being the trustee, by "registering" your land / home for taxation. If I can't purchase allodial title without debt, then I'm not wasting my time pretending I have anything, when "big brother" has clearly declared that "all property ownership is in the state, and the people have only a revocable privilege of use".
The debtor has no rights until the debt is paid. Debt=Slavery.

(I do not assume any adhesion contracts normally associated with discharging debt except under the Threat, Duress and Coersion of the Federal Reserve Banking cabal having subverted the government of the united States of America sufficiently to remove from circulation all forms of money) or "Without Prejudice UCC 1-207" (I reserve all my rights including the right not to be compelled to contract, including that I do not voluntarily accept the contract of debt dischargement associated with the bankruptcy scrip of the united States of America). The other aspect of typical American "money" in daily life to be avoided by sovereigns is that of the typical contract required to have an account with a bank in the Federal Reserve System, which pulls you into U.S. Federal Jurisdiction, a place with no rights. Of the Federal Statutes, I have seen the U.S. Government assert that: each year congress churns out more new laws than any one person can read, reading full time, and that ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking it. You don't really want to be in Federal jurisdiction, unless you desire to be a criminal slave. You don't want to be in debt, debt is slavery. Precious metals {Au,Ag,Pl,Pd} are attractive to a variety of people for a variety of reasons, one of which is sovereign transactions in real money, without the need to attach the legal disclaimer necessary with debt instruments.

The International Monetary Fund, AKA "The Bank" is the parent organization of the U.N. which is over the Federal Reserve System which owns The United States, Inc., which has subsidiary corporations known as "The State of _____" which sublicenses corporations such as Trusts and Commercial Corporations. Appearantly they aren't satisfied with their profit levels from printing fiat currency, and have begun a campaign under the color of law against their competition... i.e. they are moving more towards being a Monopoly, a monopoly capable of imposing that: "...and in the end times no one shall be able to buy or sell without the mark of The Beast ( a bank account registered in The BEAST computer in europe, home of the Bank of International Settlements)... so anyone hoping for sovereignty and avoiding the MotB, shall be greatly concerned to watch, protest, and educate about the latest developments in Monopoly "Money".

There are two aspects to consider in which canadian silver coins are 'safe' to purchase:
I believe that the Canadian Mint is WELL recognized as being of authentic and integrous character so that ANY coinage from them, can be considered to be integrous and authentic. There was a counter- example recently of gold bars from the U.S. which were merely gold-plated tungsten rather than pure gold bullion, and they had to replace the fraudulent "gold" bars. So, I'd say there is the matter of "lawful coinage" recognized by "the local government" and perhaps handled with a different "lawful status" compared to other coinage, then there is what is practically "barterable" with local people. In honest barter, we're really dealing with honest weights of precious metal, whereas there may be tax/law aspects to the use or not of specific coinnage (not) respected by a given "government".
As an example, the South African Krugerand is a WELL known gold coin, but, if you stick one in my hand and tell me it's real gold, how do *I* know it's an authentic Krugerand? I've never held one before... so you might want to barter one for something I hold like food or fuel or whatever you want to buy from me, your neighbor in life, but, FAMILIARITY is important to me if I'm ignorant and unexperienced. On the other hand, maybe I'm familiar with them and TREASURE them. So, familiarity to your local barter market is a "value" to YOU. The other aspect is if your local taxation agency recognizes the coin of the realm as different than the useless paper currency, e.g., as in the United States of Amerika where pre-1964 silver and pre-1933 gold coins minted according to the MINT ACT of (if I remember right 1927) carry a different lawful/financial status compared to later coins (those NOT complying with the U.S. Mint Act).
So, I'm certainly not an expert on Canadian law and respect of coinage, but I myself recognize Canadian Maple Leaf coins as being of high integrity and worth to me as a private individual, and would GLADLY accept them as integrous coins, regardless of how any government chooses to treat them. In other words, I trust their mint to be real, separate from how the legal system wants to deal with them. So, at minimum, I'd say, play with WELL recognized coinage... then also consider if there are LAWFUL/LEGAL implications of particular coins. I personally believe that EVERYone has enough heard of South African Krugerands, that if *I* personally could recognize one as being authentic, I'd gladly accept it, and expect that "the next person" (my neighbor) would ALSO respect such coinage, as worthy. In that sense, obvious mintage from the U.S., England, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, should be of obvious value to everyone... whereas lesser known mintage may be marginal.
Obviously, silver is better in smaller denominations, whereas to hold larger values you are better off with gold. Bullion bars of 400 Oz. will hold great value, but are too large for buying groceries. So, a mix of these is advisable... depending on your budget and purpose. Again, depending on your purpose, if you need to deal with common people, you need commonly recognized items of obvious value. If you are dealing with specialists, rarer items may be appropriate. Clearly paper money is going to seriously lose value short term, which is ONLY a problem if you're trying to hold value while NOT being in debt, because debtors win in high inflation, which is how we all got into such a mess in the first place.
So, in summary, I'm well aware of Canadian Maple Leaf coinage, but NOT aware of any other Canadian coins... so I'd be suspicious of others, but if I could recognize them, then I'd accept them. I myself believe (maybe right or wrong) that there are both Ag and Au Maple Leafs.
Personally, I tend to prefer the minimum wastage of value upon numismatic "beauty", meaning I'd rather have a circulated and worn silver or gold coin at closer to bullion prices, than a bright shiny uncirculated coin for which a premium must be paid for its beauty. Thus, I prefer the cheapest coin of a given Au/Ag content, as I'm not a "coin collector", but instead a practical handler of non worthless paper debt instruments :-)
One of the things common in the coin market is "bags of silver coins" from U.S. Mint pre-1964 (i.e. silver content coins) which are well worn and circulated, but of obvious silver content... ugly but practical...... and that appeals to me... very practical because with a mix of smaller denomination coins, you're well prepared to barter with locals.
My other criteria is to have silver coinage of at least the .993 quality which are useful as electrodes for making colloidal silver as an antibiotic. So, some of the very recent date U.S. coins are of this nature, but are NOT lawful coinage for lawful purposes.
I don't know enough Canadian specific law to guide you on lawful coinage thereof, but refer you to Robert A. Menard and Mary Elizabeth Croft.
I do know that the powers that be manipulate both Au and Ag.
I do know that either Au or Ag are better than paper.

I have for some time now been stating that according to my research, and that of others, (e.g. Aaron Russo's "America: Freedom to Fascism") the U.S. Federal Income Tax is unconstitutional, the 16th Amendment implementing it was never ratified, and the IRS code itself only requires "to file" those who "are liable" for the tax, and the codes only "make liable" those engaging in international commerce, that domestic wages for labor are untaxable, therefore most U.S. Citizens who are employed are not actually taxable.
Further research has revealed a case where a Nevada man ran a company and paid all of his employees with "Lawful Coin of the Realm" (Silver Coins) [Gold would also work], and the IRS was estopped from collecting taxes on those wages.
What I recently learn is that the "legal situation" of the use of "Federal Reserve Notes" not only carries with it an attached "lien", (The IRS is collecting usery fees for the Federal Reserve), but, it also throws all transactions negotiated with FRNs, into international commerce, which is what confers the liability. Therefore, to escape the compulsory taxation for the voluntary use of FRNs, one must at every opportunity volunteer to use lawful coin (gold and/or silver money), and refuse to the maximum possible extent to cease volunteering to handle FRNs, except under the dire necessity that there is so little actual lawful money in circulation that one is forced to accept the toxic FRN currency.

The information I have recently accessed which to me is the first clear statement I have found that use of FRNs must be interpreted as international commerce comes from material from Ronald McDonald (NO, not the clown who wants to poison you with toxic fast food).
Commercial Admiralty Law 1840 "The Huntress" 12 Fed case# 984 pages 992 & 989: "In this country (the united States of America) revenue causes have so long been the subject of Admiralty cognizance that Congress considered them as civil causes of Admiralty in Maritime jurisdiction." Therefore, all revenue is on the sea. All actions now appearing to be law are proceedings for revenue upon the sea, and are therefore either maritime (peace) or admiralty (war) law / proceedings, of and by agents of a foreign power in international commerce.
That the nature of such proceedings and the true party of interest has been concealed, constitutes fraudulent concealment. That every day multiple parties continue to cooperate in this felonious fraudulent concealment is itself a felonious conspiracy to defraud. That government agents fail to report these crimes to authorities capable of prosecuting these crimes is an additional felony of misprision of felony. That all of this is in contradiction to the oaths of office of every government agent constitutes a further felony of treason, and clearly indicates abandonment of office, thereby vitiating every act allegedly done in the name and authority of the office they fraudulently appear to hold but do not in fact hold lawfully. All of this constitutes a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations, i.e., organized crime.
When they steal our labor, which is our property, and give us an unconscionable return for that property, being debtors instruments, or obligations owed to a foreigner, that is criminal conversion.

When it comes to UCC filings in the Pacific Region, Washington is both cooperative and helpful.
Little do the facts or the law get any notice from TPTB (The Powers That Bully), so these, if honored, would really shake up The Matrix illusion: Hawaii is not legally a state; therefore since the U.S. Marines invasion of the Hawaiian Islands in 1893 was unlawful and therefore Null & Void ab initio (from the beginning), therefore the county, state and federal government have no lawful jurisdiction to exist on the Hawaiian Islands, per the fraud of the invasion, therefore the Hawiian Islands are not a "State", but are a separate foreign country.
The freedom school cites the law whereby internationally (globally) it is recognized, that in a conquest (war / military action), there is always a conclusion of the war (unless it's currently active), which is signified by a treaty between the winner and loser, in which, there is a transfer of ownership and control of the PUBLIC lands, while *all privately held land patents remain untouched*. Therefore, even without U.S. Public Law 103-150 recognizing that the United States never did and could not have had *any* authority to annex Hawai'i, and therefore the sovereign Hawaiian Kingdom remains intact, all privately held lands *cannot* have been seized. Any pretense to the contrary is un-lawful under international law, and is therefore null and void ab initio (from the beginning). Hawai'i remains under Hawaiian Kingdom law, which includes those made by King Kamehameha which stated that *any* private land title in the Hawaiian Kingdom would become null when the holder was off of the land for 20 years, so that the land could be taken over by somebody else who would actually malama aina (care for the land). Either of these two facts could result in a change of either the real or apparent "title" of any piece of Hawaiian land.
The de jure Kingdom of Hawai`i is under de facto martial law administration by The United States Inc. doing business as The State of Hawai`i. While U.S. Public Law 103-150 acknowledged that Hawai`i was wrongly taken, and officially appologized, it did not give it back.
If you were born "in Hawai`i" during the transition time from Kingdom to "State", when it was a "Federal Teritory", you only have 14th Amendment U.S. citizenship (i.e. slavery) typical of the U.S. Territories, as there was no Hawai`i Republic here underlaying the "Federal Zone", on which to have been born onto American Citizenship. To renounce U.S. citizenship out of the "Federal Zone" here, and claim another status based on the land where you were either born or currently living, you either claim to be a Subject of the de jure Kingdom of Hawai`i (as many Kanaka Maoli do), or claim to be a bondservant of Christ (as many Christians do), or in contravention to humanity's dysfunctional laws, assert fully neutral sovereignty with no allegiance to any country (as I do).
For those born on American soil, it is possible to operate here as American Citizens. The NWO insists upon treating U.S. Expatriates as U.S. citizens, as they refuse to recognize a full sovereign, and will not relinquish both U.S. citizenship and American Citizenship on a human until they become a Citizen of an alternate jurisdiction.
For those born on Hawaiian soil, or of Hawaiian blood, it may be impossible to preserve the uniqueness of Hawaiian rights and funding, acknowledged to be owed as per U.S. Public Law 103-150, while holding the voluntary status of 14th Amendment U.S. citizen, and therefore it may be mandatory to expatriate from U.S. citizenship, and even from citizenship in the "State of Hawai'i", and to either reclaim subject status in the Kingdom of Hawai'i, or to claim UCC / Common Law Hawai'i State nationality, to be able to access in correct legal status the unique benefits owed to "Native Hawaiians".
Given that it has been clearly acknowledged (e.g. U.S.Pub.Law 103-150) that Hawai'i is not, and never has been, a state of THE UNITED STATES, then I believe it must be the case that, for each individual dwelling upon the Hawaiian isles, we have the option to accept the commercial offer of U.S.14th Amdmt. Citizenship, and be of corporate status chattle property slave of a corporation, (that the U.S., STATE OF HAWAI'I, and each COUNTY fraudulently insists we must accept / have no choice about), or to stand upon the land as a subject of the KINGDOM OF HAWAI'I (in recess), either as a disempowered commoner, or if they can prove their lineage, as a partially empowered chief, or with good proof of lineage, as an ali'i, maybe even as a "king" or "queen". I suggest that as we move into unity consciousness, that "the people" cannot be enslaved by corporations or by other humans (e.g. ali'i). I suggest that in spiritual truth, the "KINGDOM OF HAWAI'I" cannot be restored because it is not pono to have a class structure in society. Thus, given that unity consciousness is destroying all the artificial power structures, Hawai'i may be a unique opportunity to quantum leap to full individual sovereignty, and stop basing our present embodied "status" upon any circumstances such as when or where we were when we exited mother's womb, or what the parental lineage was... but that we are all natural sovereigns incarnate.
Section 9(a) of Pub. L. 86-3 provided that: "The United States District Court for the District of Hawaii established by and existing under title 28 of the United States Code shall thence forth be a court of the United States with judicial power derived from article III, section 1, of the Constitution of the United States: Provided, however, That the terms of office of the district judges for the district of Hawaii then in office shall terminate upon the effective date of this section [admission into the union] and the President, pursuant to sections 133 and 134 of title 28, United States Code, as amended by this Act, shall appoint [he did], by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, two district judges for the said district who shall hold office during good behavior [?]."
